Why this role matters 

As Senior CLM Analytics, you'll be the analytical engine behind our Customer Lifecycle Management function across three of Latin America's most dynamic markets (Mexico, Colombia & Chile). Right now, we have a growing CLM program — more campaigns, more channels, more customer segments — and the need for someone who can bring real rigour to how we measure, interpret, and act on all of it. You'll help us move from gut feel to grounded, data-driven decision-making, and your work will directly shape how we retain and grow our customer base across these three countries in LATAM. 

What success looks like 

In your first year, you'll have made a meaningful mark in three ways: 

  • You've built and standardised a CLM measurement framework that makes true cross-market comparisons possible for the first time, which is something the team has already been working towards. 
  • You've stood up predictive models that help us get ahead of churn and identify upsell opportunities before the window closes. 
  • You've become the go-to analytical partner for CLM Marketing and Product — someone both teams proactively loop in, not just consult after the fact.

Key Responsibilities 

In this role, you will: 

  • Build & standardise measurement frameworks: Design and implement CLM performance measurement across Colombia, Mexico, and Chile, enabling consistent, comparable reporting that drives regional decision-making. 
  • Drive predictive modelling: Develop and maintain models for churn risk, upsell potential, and customer lifecycle stage classification — turning raw behavioural data into forward-looking intelligence. 
  • Lead experimentation: Own the A/B testing and experimentation infrastructure for CLM campaigns, making optimisation faster, more rigorous, and more reliable. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with CLM Marketing to evaluate campaign effectiveness, and with Product to translate customer data into lifecycle triggers and personalisation strategies. 
  • Shape analytics maturity: Contribute to the broader analytics maturity roadmap — defining best practices, tooling recommendations, and reporting standards for the CLM function. 
  • Support multi-market operations: Manage analytical workstreams simultaneously across three markets, adapting insights to local nuances while maintaining a coherent regional view. 

Qualifications & Attributes

We're looking for someone who brings the following: 

Education 

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. Equivalent practical experience is equally valued. 

Experience 

4+ years in an analytics role, ideally with direct exposure to CRM, CLM, or marketing analytics. Experience working across multiple markets or countries is a strong advantage. Backgrounds in fintech, e-commerce, or telecoms are particularly relevant. 

Technical Skills 

Must-haves: 

  • Advanced SQL — comfortable with complex queries, large datasets, and building reusable analytical models 
  • Python — used for statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and automation 
  • Campaign performance analytics — experience defining KPIs, measuring lift, and communicating results to non-technical stakeholders 
  • A/B testing and experimentation methodology 

Nice-to-haves: 

  • Hands-on experience with CLM/CRM platforms such as Moengage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud,Braze or Iterable 
  • Familiarity with cloud data environments (Databricks,BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or similar) 
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)

  • Thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where the answer isn't always clear and the path forward needs to be built, not inherited 
  • Brings a proactive mindset — surfaces insights without being asked and pushes thinking beyond the original brief 
  • Comfortable operating across cultures and time zones, adapting communication style to different stakeholders 
  • Fluent in Spanish and English — able to present findings and influence decisions in both languages
