West Monroe is seeking a nCino and Salesforce expert to join our team as a Senior Consultant within our Technology & Experience practice. In this role, you will partner with banking clients to define digital transformation strategies, optimize lending and account onboarding processes, and lead implementations leveraging nCino and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate deep expertise in nCino Bank Operating System, including its architecture, lending lifecycle capabilities, and integration with Salesforce
  • Lead discovery and business process review sessions focused on lending, onboarding, and banking operations to define user stories and requirements
  • Translate business requirements into nCino-enabled solution designs, including loan origination, underwriting, decisioning, and onboarding workflows
  • Design and implement solutions that appropriately leverage both nCino and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC), understanding when each is best applied
  • Configure and customize nCino and Salesforce platform components (objects, workflows, flows, automation) to support business needs
  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements across lending and banking operations (e.g., document processing, credit insights, workflow automation)
  • Lead and coordinate build activities, ensuring alignment with solution architecture and best practices
  • Facilitate unit testing, system testing, and UAT, ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Support end-user training, change management, and documentation
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across workstreams or full engagements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of consulting experience in Salesforce and/or nCino implementations
  • Strong expertise in nCino Bank Operating System, including:
    • Commercial and small business lending workflows
    • Loan origination, underwriting, and approval processes
    • Customer onboarding and account opening
    • nCino data model and object structure
  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, with working knowledge of Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
  • Experience in the banking industry, with knowledge of lending operations, regulatory considerations, and digital transformation trends
  • Proven experience leading client workshops, solution design sessions, and executive presentations
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Relevant certifications preferred, such as:
    • nCino Certification(s)
  • Willingness to travel 30–50%
  • Hybrid work model (1–2 days/week in office)
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Based on pay transparency guidelines, the salary range for this role can vary based on your proximity to one of our West Monroe offices (see table below). Information on our competitive total rewards package, including our bonus structure and benefits is here. Individual salaries are determined by evaluating a variety of factors including geography, experience, skills, education, and internal equity.

Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, purchase shares from our employee stock ownership program and be eligible to receive annual bonuses. Employees will also receive unlimited flexible time off and ten paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Eligibility for ten weeks of paid parental leave will also be available upon hire date.
