Senior Global Campaign Manager - Customers

Role Mission

Okta is looking for a Senior Global Campaign Manager to act as a strategic journey architect for our existing customer base. In this role, you will be the "quarterback" across the marketing organization, transforming high-level brand narratives into actionable education programs that drive deep product adoption and long-term retention.

As a customer journey architect, your mission is to transform high-level brand awareness into deep product adoption. You will own the education and awareness strategy for our existing base, ensuring every customer understands our vision for the future of identity security while driving measurable adoption of key platform features and secondary products.

Role and Responsibilities

Global Customer Awareness:

  • Platform Vision & "Air Cover" Campaign Execution: Lead the end-to-end global execution of campaigns that land the "Okta Secures AI" vision and differentiated platform stories (Okta, Auth0) for our existing customer base. You own the digital "push" that builds awareness and converts that interest into a tangible expansion pipeline.

  • Strategic Awareness for TALs: Execute automated, education-first journeys targeting our Customer Target Account Lists (TALs). You lead the global digital effort to ensure C-level stakeholders within existing accounts understand our roadmap and are "warmed up" for regional sales plays.
  • Global-to-Field Orchestration: Provide the campaign blueprints, data triggers, and core assets that empower Regional Field Marketers to layer on high-touch "add-on" motions (e.g., local events) that amplify the global message.

Customer Maturity & Adoption-Led Retention:

  • Adoption-Led Growth: Work with key stakeholders across Product Marketing and Digital Growth teams to run multi-channel campaigns (email, in-app, webinars) that drive active usage of core platform features and "spin-off" capabilities to deliver immediate strategic value and help customers reach “Okta Secure” quickly, as well as drive awareness to our support offerings and Okta Learning platform.
  • Maturity-driven Growth: Develop automated, behavioral-triggered maturity-led programs that intervene when an account shows low adoption of key features identified as critical for long-term retention.
  • Enablement & Support Awareness: Drive global awareness of Okta Learning and Premier Support offerings. You will execute campaigns that position these as critical value-drivers, ensuring customers are trained, supported, and "sticky" within the Okta ecosystem.

What you bring

  • Strategic Experience: 7+ years in B2B SaaS Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Demand Generation with a proven track record of driving customer maturity.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in mapping campaign engagement to product usage data to prove the ROI of education-led adoption.
  • Narrative Excellence: Exceptional writing and presentation skills, with the ability to take complex security concepts and make them relevant to a customer’s daily operational reality.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Salesforce and Marketo; experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools for tracking feature adoption is a plus.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Proven ability to work independently and as part of a global team, managing multiple critical projects without missing a beat.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong understanding of database marketing initiatives and practices specific to customer segmentation and compliance.
  • Agility: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you must manage multiple initiatives with unique requirements.
  • Education: College degree or equivalent experience
