Description
The People Systems team plays a critical role in enabling Nebius’ HR organization through technology, managing initiatives that range from end-user support and system administration to scaling the broader HR technology ecosystem as the company grows rapidly.
As a Senior HR Systems Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and governance of Nebius’ HR systems landscape, with a primary focus on our HRIS, HiBob. You will act as a senior operational owner within the team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, maintaining system integrity, and supporting the evolution of our People Systems roadmap.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR, Recruitment, IT, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve complex system issues, maintain strong operational processes, and drive initiatives that improve data quality, documentation, and system reliability. You will also serve as a bridge between the HR Systems Administrator and HR Systems Analyst tracks, helping ensure alignment between operational support and strategic system development.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the operational backbone of Nebius’ People Systems function while helping scale the team’s processes, tooling, and governance as the organization continues to grow.
Responsibilities
- Own SLA delivery for People Systems support, ensuring requests are resolved within agreed timelines and proactively removing blockers for the team to prevent SLA breaches
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and end-user support for Nebius’ HR systems (primarily HiBob), developing deep expertise in how stakeholders interact with the platform and resolving complex system issues
- Serve as a bridge between the HR Systems Administrator and HR Systems Analyst tracks, ensuring alignment between operational support work and ongoing system development initiatives
- Drive initiatives to improve HR data quality and system governance, proactively identifying inconsistencies and working with our IT Infrastructure team in designing and implementing controls to prevent data integrity issues
- Partner with IT Infrastructure team to support integrations and monitoring solutions, including contributing to API-based validation and alerting mechanisms that help maintain data integrity
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and expand self-service capabilities within HR and Recruitment systems to improve efficiency and scalability
- Maintain clear visibility over support requests and operational initiatives, ensuring work is effectively tracked, prioritized, and documented within the ticketing system
- Identify and close gaps in documentation and operational processes, ensuring knowledge is well organized and accessible within Confluence
- Own and deliver specific initiatives on the People Systems roadmap while acting as a functional lead for other HR Systems Administrators in the absence of the People Systems Manager
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- 7+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Systems roles, with significant experience in HR systems administration
- Strong hands-on experience working with a modern HRIS platform (HiBob experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Proven experience supporting HR systems in a fast-paced, scaling environment
- Demonstrated experience working with SLAs, ticketing systems (Jira experience preferred), and structured support processes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate complex system or data issues
- Experience identifying and implementing automation or process improvements within HR systems
- Practical understanding of APIs, integrations, and webhooks in the context of HR systems
- Experience supporting compliance or (SOX) audit-related processes
