Why we're hiring:

This role is responsible for the end-to-end project management and delivery execution of the ServiceNow transformation programme at WPP.

You will manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of a large-scale platform reset, ensuring that all workstreams are executed in a controlled, structured, and timely manner.

Working under the direction of the ServiceNow Transformation Lead, you will coordinate across internal teams and strategic partners including ServiceNow and Kyndryl to ensure delivery remains aligned to scope, timelines, and intended outcomes.

This role is focused on execution discipline, delivery governance, and programme coordination, enabling the successful transformation of ServiceNow into a modern, AI-enabled service platform.

What you'll be doing:

Programme & Project Delivery

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery plan for the ServiceNow transformation programme
  • Define and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path
  • Ensure delivery is aligned to agreed scope, timelines, and priorities set by the Transformation Lead
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams including platform rebuild, migration, and rollout

Execution Management

  • Drive day-to-day execution discipline across all delivery teams
  • Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve delivery issues
  • Ensure clear ownership and accountability across all activities
  • Maintain tight control of scope, avoiding unmanaged change or deviation

Partner & Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate delivery activities across Kyndryl and ServiceNow
  • Ensure alignment between internal teams and external partners
  • Track partner deliverables and ensure commitments are met
  • Escalate delivery risks or gaps promptly and clearly

Governance & Reporting

  • Establish and run programme governance routines (steerco, delivery forums, status reviews)
  • Provide clear, concise reporting on progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Maintain RAID logs and ensure active management of risks and issues
  • Support executive-level updates with structured, data-driven inputs

Planning, Adoption, and Roll Out 

  • Manage integrated planning across all workstreams, ensuring sequencing and dependencies are understood
  • Coordinate rollout planning
  • Ensure readiness for deployment, including testing, communications, and training alignment
  • Track adoption progress and escalate risks to successful rollout

What you'll need:

  • Extensive experience of leading strategic and complex projects across full SDLC, with demonstrated capability of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of successful mobilisation and delivery of ambitious, strategic, and operationally complex projects with internal and external cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record as a people leader and influencer with motivational and engagement skills including the ability to lead globally dispersed teams.  
  • Quick-to-learn and adaptable to changing priorities, with the ability to reshape, reconfigure and realign solutions to meet challenging deadlines without jeopardising the successful delivery of the project.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships by engaging and working inclusively to establish credibility, solve problems, build consensus, and achieve objectives.
  • A self-starter with impeccable organisational and time management skills, focusing on value and outcomes; enthusiastic with a can-do attitude.
  • Strategic and critical thinker – blending technical, operational and commercial strategic considerations into decision making, while continuously challenging the status-quo.   Story telling with data – strong skills in building the case for change, identifying the business outcomes, value proposition for the respective area.
  • Brilliant communicator – strong stakeholder management skills; able to turn complex technical messages into effective, succinct communications; ability to manage and influence stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Functional analysis skills to enable the capture and breakdown of well-formed requirements and priorities.
