Work arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote)

How You'll Make an Impact

We are looking for a results-driven and highly organized Senior Manager – PMO to translate client commitments into clearly defined, executable projects and ensures they are delivered efficiently, on time, and to BPS’s quality standards. As the central coordination hub, the PMO drives delivery discipline, governance, and cross-functional alignment, while acting as a critical bridge between clients and internal teams, including Technology and Operations.

What You'll Do

Planning & Initiation

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, sequencing, dependencies, and resource allocation
  • Identify project risks and constraints early, implementing proactive mitigation strategies
  • Build and manage project budgets, tracking spend and forecasting costs throughout the project lifecycle

Execution & Control

  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear ownership and balanced workloads
  • Monitor progress against plans, adjusting timelines, scope, and resources as needed to ensure on-time delivery
  • Ensure all deliverables meet agreed quality standards and stakeholder expectations

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Provide clear, regular project status updates to internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting progress, risks, and resource utilization
  • Facilitate effective project forums, including kick-offs, status meetings, and retrospectives, to drive alignment and decision-making
  • Act as the primary escalation point for project risks, issues, and conflicts

Project Close-Out

  • Secure formal acceptance and sign-off of deliverables from clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure complete, accurate, and accessible project documentation
  • Lead post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and continuously improve delivery practices

Managerial Responsibilities

  • Define and own the annual operating plan for the function, including workforce and financial planning
  • Manage and optimize departmental budgets
  • Make strategic resource allocation decisions
  • Build, scale, and structure teams to support long-term capability development
  • Establish performance frameworks, succession planning, and leadership development pathways
  • Ensure governance, risk management, and operational maturity across the function
  • Drive the creation of standardized, scalable systems that enable consistent execution across regions

What We're Looking For

Professional & Technical Strengths

  • Experience operating in a PMO capacity within international, multicultural environments involving multiple stakeholders and complex rollouts
  • Strong command of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar)
  • Sound understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and structured PMO frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, forecasting, interdependencies, risks, and resource allocation across multiple concurrent workstreams

Nice to Have

  • Experience in energy, utilities, infrastructure, or cleantech
  • Exposure to grid management systems, SCADA, or analytics platforms
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
  • Fluency in French
