Why this role matters:
As Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a key role in building, deploying, and maintaining advanced ML models that drive real business impact. Your contributions will help shape our AI/ML capabilities and production workflows, and ultimately the way we disrupt the market with intelligent automation and data-driven solutions.
What success looks like:
In your first year, you will launch end-to-end ML solutions from experimentation to production across at least two core business use cases, collaborate cross-functionally to build scalable model pipelines, and establish monitoring frameworks that ensure sustained model performance.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Lead the development and deployment of end-to-end machine learning models, ensuring robust and scalable delivery to production environments.
- Collaborate with data engineers, DevOps, and product teams, driving cross-functional projects that extract business value from data.
- Manage model lifecycle in production, ensuring high performance, reliability, and alignment with evolving business needs.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover insights and prepare data for modeling.
- Design and run proof-of-concepts to validate ML hypotheses and present measurable outcomes.
- Contribute to model monitoring and maintenance processes, ensuring accuracy and minimizing drift.
Qualifications & Attributes
We’re seeking someone who embodies the following:
Education:
Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years in ML/AI engineering, ideally in data-driven product or service environments.
Technical Skills:
Must-haves:
- Strong Python skills with hands-on experience in libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Proficient in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
- Experience deploying ML models using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with Generative AI models (LLMs, embeddings, transformers).
- Exposure to MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Vertex AI.
- Understanding of data visualization tools such as Streamlit or Dash.
