Senior Product Designer

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer who's passionate about solving customer problems and designing world-class user experiences for our StraitsX Personal and Business Accounts.

You will work closely with product managers and software engineers to design and deliver intuitive interfaces and delightful interactions for our customers. You will lead the design execution for core products and user experiences.

You will understand the jobs-to-be-done of our customers and design compelling solutions to meet their needs. You will drive product design success metrics including customer satisfaction scores and other key performance indicators.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product design strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and goals. Champion a user-centric approach throughout the entire product development lifecycle. Establish and maintain high design standards and best practices across all projects.
• Collaborate with business and engineering stakeholders to align on business objectives and user goals. Serve as the primary product design representative in executive discussions, ensuring customer perspectives are integrated into decision-making processes.
• Lead user research initiatives to gather valuable insights that inform design decisions. Analyze user feedback and product usage data to iteratively improve the user experience. Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the team and product at the forefront of innovation.
• Guide the design process, from wireframes and prototypes to high-fidelity designs, ensuring all outputs are user-focused and visually consistent with brand guidelines. Collaborate with development teams to oversee the implementation of designs, ensuring technical feasibility and design quality.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing strategic, user-centered design solutions.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Web3, stablecoin and/or the broader digital asset industry
• Experience in conducting user research, data analysis, and performance measurement.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma), familiarity with front-end development processes, and B2B competitor research processes.
• Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in product design.
• Preferred design experience in B2B subjects.
• Preferred Chinese language proficiency.
