Senior Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our product offerings. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams within our product operating model to shape product roadmaps, enhance user engagement, and drive business impact. Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap, prioritizing features that improve usability, security, and overall user experience.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, engineers, and researchers to develop user-friendly, accessible, and secure products.
• Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and data to drive product decisions.
• Lead product discovery efforts to uncover opportunities for innovation, security enhancements, and process improvements.
• Establish and track key usability, security, and engagement metrics to measure product success.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure product-market fit and alignment with business goals.
• Champion a user-first mindset while ensuring security best practices are integrated into product development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to drive usability improvements, platform development, or security-focused product strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to product decision-making.
• Background in cybersecurity or security-focused products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a product operating model with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies that support empowered product teams.
