Senior Product Manager

Role Overview:

As the Senior Product manager for Kernel, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product offerings within the cryptocurrency and decentralized finance space. We are seeking a visionary leader who possesses a deep understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and the emerging trends in decentralized finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute in the development and execution of our product strategy for cryptocurrency and DeFi products.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and drive product innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to bring new products to market.
• Define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps based on market needs and business objectives.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in the cryptocurrency and DeFi space, and integrate relevant technologies and trends into our product offerings.
• Drive user adoption and engagement through effective product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback, and iterate on product features and functionalities to continuously improve the user experience.

Qualifications:

• Around 6+ years of overall product management experience. Prior exposure to cryptocurrency or blockchain is a plus, not mandatory.
• Understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving innovation and delivering results in a fast-paced startup environment.
