Department: Product
Reports To: VP of Product & Strategy
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid Required)
At Togetherwork, we set a high bar for clarity, collaboration, and execution. While our Product & Strategy leaders own portfolio outcomes, our individual contributors are equally essential—bringing curiosity, precision, and a commitment to excellence to every initiative. Senior ICs are expected to model these behaviors at an elevated level: operating with broad autonomy, creating clarity where none exists, and driving cross-functional alignment across complex initiatives.
We work in deep partnership with Engineering, Revenue, CX, Operations, and Support, sharing accountability for delivering stable, modern, insight-driven products that help our customers thrive. Hard work is the norm—not for recognition, but for the greater good of our customers and the long-term health of our company. We embrace innovation, including responsible AI usage, to deepen insight, improve execution, and accelerate impact.
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading the definition, development, and delivery of high-impact product initiatives that support Togetherwork’s strategic goals. This role owns complex product areas, drives long-term roadmap strategy, and partners deeply with engineering and design to deliver high-quality solutions that create measurable customer and business value.
A Senior Product Manager operates with greater independence than a standard PM, using data, customer insight, and market signals to shape outcomes. They serve as a thought leader across teams, elevating standards for product discovery, cross-functional communication, and customer experience. This role requires strong storytelling abilities, external-facing confidence, and the ability to influence without authority across multiple stakeholder groups.
Senior Product Managers elevate the quality, clarity, and impact of our product work. They drive multi-team alignment, shape strategic direction, and ensure we deliver modern, intuitive, high-value products that strengthen the Togetherwork portfolio. This role directly influences growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term competitive advantage.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States for the duration of employment without requiring current or future employer sponsorship of any kind, including but not limited to OPT, STEM OPT, H-1B, or any other visa classification.
