About this role
We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter (m/f/d) to drive our hiring efforts across all functions at ARX Ukraine. This is a high-impact role focused on senior leadership and tech hires - the ones that shape our company’s success. You’ll partner directly with the leadership across departments, design smart hiring strategies, and deliver top-tier talent that matches our growth ambitions.
As part of a lean and dynamic TA function, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle from strategy to offer, ensuring every candidate experience reflects our culture and values. This is a hands-on role with influence - where precision, speed, and quality matter equally.
What you'll do:
- Partner with the department heads and Ukraine CEO to turn business priorities into clear recruitment plans
- Don’t wait for talent to come to you - go out there and build strong pipelines through proactive sourcing to find and engage exceptional talent
- Amplify our employer brand in the Mil tech space and craft a narrative that resonates with top talent on the Ukrainian market
- Lead the end‑to‑end hiring journey for senior, strategic, and hard-to-fill roles
- Use data to guide hiring decisions, challenge assumptions, track funnel health, and continuously improve how we hire
- Champion an outstanding candidate experience from the first touch to final offer
- Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team at HQ to share best practices and raise the bar on hiring quality
Your profile
- Proven track record in talent acquisition (5+ years), including experience hiring for senior and niche roles across multiple functions
- Strong sourcing background and deep understanding of the Ukrainian talent market
- Data-first mindset: you use metrics to guide decisions and influence stakeholders
- Obsessed with great candidate experience and recruitment innovation
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills - comfortable influencing at senior leadership level
- Hands-on experience with ATS systems and modern sourcing tools
- You thrive in fast-growing, high-velocity environments, where priorities evolve quickly
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
