So, what’s the role all about?

As a Sr. Specialists Project Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to NICE Actimize customers, responsible for leading complex enterprise implementations and post‑implementation engagements. You will own strategic client relationships, ensure alignment between customer priorities and NICE business objectives, and act as the primary interface between customers and NICE delivery, product, and support organizations. Your goal is to drive service excellence and ensure customers achieve maximum value from NICE solutions.

How will you make an impact?  

  • Lead end‑to‑end project delivery across the full lifecycle including initiation, data acquisition, configuration, data validation, UAT, tuning, and deployment.
  • Plan, create, and manage detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate multiple concurrent projects across cross‑functional internal teams and customer stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with client business users, management, and executive sponsors.
  • Prepare and deliver clear project status reports and executive presentations to communicate progress, risks, and issues.
  • Advocate customer requirements internally, collaborating closely with Product Management, R&D, and Support teams.
  • Ensure alignment with NICE Actimize delivery methodologies, including Essentials / XSE operating models.
  • Proactively identify risks, manage escalations, and plan contingencies to ensure successful implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with NICE Code of Ethics, delivery standards, and best practices.
  • Travel to customer sites when required to support critical milestones and stakeholder engagement.

Have you got what it takes?

  • 12–15 years of overall IT industry experience, with 8+ years in senior project or program management roles.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Strong experience managing large‑scale enterprise projects in Banking and Financial Services
  • Hands‑on experience with project management tools such as MS Project (MPP), JIRA, Confluence, and Power BI.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates comprehensive expertise in change management principles and delivery governance.
  • Ability to independently drive programs in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and align business and technology stakeholders.

You will have an advantage if you also have:

  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
  • Experience managing multiple large programs across diverse technology and operations teams.
  • Techno‑functional background, particularly in risk, compliance, AML, or financial crime domains.
  • Flexibility to work second shift or extended hours when required.
