About the role

Our Enterprise B2B organization is a fast-growing part of JetBrains. In less than two years, it has grown to more than 100 colleagues across multiple countries—and we continue to expand.

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to support this growth. In this role, you’ll own full-cycle hiring for enterprise sales and support roles across our international locations. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, contribute to hiring strategy, and help ensure a thoughtful and positive experience for every candidate.

This role combines hands-on recruiting with the opportunity to help shape processes and practices in a growing organization.

What you’ll do:

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for enterprise sales and support roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and timelines
  • Proactively source and engage candidates across multiple markets
  • Ensure a consistent, positive, and inclusive candidate experience
  • Help improve recruiting processes, tools, and ways of working
  • Contribute market insights to support hiring decisions and workforce planning

We’d like you to have

  • 5+ years of experience recruiting for business or go-to-market roles (such as Sales, Business Development, Customer Engineering, or Customer Success)
  • Experience hiring across international markets, ideally within Europe
  • Familiarity with European talent markets (for example, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, or similar)
  • Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage candidates proactively
  • The ability to work effectively with different stakeholders and adapt to changing priorities
  • Professional proficiency in English
