Senior Technical Program Manager, Productivity

Webflow · Argentina Remote

remotefull-timesenior level

About this role

At Webflow, we’re building the world’s leading AI-native Digital Experience Platform, and we’re doing it as a remote-first company built on trust, transparency, and a whole lot of creativity. This work takes grit, because we move fast, without ever sacrificing craft or quality. Our mission is to bring development superpowers to everyone. From entrepreneurs launching their first idea to global enterprises scaling their digital presence, we empower teams to design, launch, and optimize for the web without barriers. We believe the future of the web, and work, is more open, more creative, and more equitable. And we’re here to build it together.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (IC3) to join our Developer Productivity teams to help scale how engineering teams build, test, and ship software.

This role is focused on driving clarity, coordination, and momentum across high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that improve developer experience and engineering efficiency. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to deliver programs spanning tooling, enablement, and vendor systems.

At this level, you’re not just executing, you’re shaping how leaders and teams deliver by introducing scalable practices and frameworks.

  • Location: Remote-first (Argentina)
  • Permanent, full-time employee (this is not a contractor position)
  • Application Information:
    • Application deadline: applications accepted on an ongoing basis until position is closed and filled
    • This posting is for a new position.

As the Productivity TPM, you will:

  • Lead multiple complex, cross-functional programs within Developer Productivity (e.g., dev tooling, CI/CD improvements, local dev environments, testing infrastructure).
  • Own the developer experience measurement program - including configuring and maintaining survey snapshots, establishing baseline metrics, and driving iterative improvements to tooling based on signal from the data.
  • Lead and manage enablement and rollout of Productivity tools and improvements.
  • Navigate ambiguity and align stakeholders around loosely defined goals, bringing structure to complex problem spaces.
  • Embed AI into developer workflows and program execution, identifying and integrating AI-powered tools (e.g., codegen, automation, copilots) to standardize and scale improvements in speed, quality, and team efficiency.
  • Align stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM, surfacing risks and dependencies early.
  • Partner with technical stakeholders to break down complex engineering challenges into clear execution plans and milestones that drive toward abstract goals.
  • Apply judgment in ambiguous situations: frame tradeoffs, facilitate prioritization, and bring clarity to complex problems.
  • Develop repeatable frameworks, processes, and metrics that improve execution across multiple programs.
  • Serve as a thought partner to Directors and Engineering Managers, improving their ability to manage execution.

About you

You’ll thrive as a Productivity TPM if you:

  • Has 4-6+ years of experience in technical program management (or similar), leading complex, cross-functional engineering programs.
  • Experience working with developer experience or productivity measurement tools (e.g., DX, Pluralsight Flow, LinearB, or similar) — including survey design, metrics interpretation, and driving adoption among engineering leaders.
  • An AI-native operator, who treats AI as a core part of how work gets done, embedding it into team workflows, scaling effective patterns, and continuously raising the bar for productivity and execution.
  • Skilled at partnering with engineers, EMs, and PMs to translate complex technical initiatives into clear execution plans and milestones.
  • Strong at coordinating across multiple teams, aligning dependencies, and proactively surfacing risks to drive predictable delivery.
  • Comfortable operating in technical domains such as developer tooling, CI/CD, testing infrastructure, or internal platforms (direct experience strongly preferred).
  • A role model for effective execution practices, showing urgency while balancing tradeoffs thoughtfully.
  • Leverages experience in program delivery to establish repeatable cadences, tools, and documentation.
  • Proficient with program management tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Google Suite) and able to introduce lightweight processes that scale.
  • Comfortable working with third-party tools/vendors and driving adoption across engineering teams.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Cross-org Developer Productivity programs land predictably with minimal surprises.
  • Developer experience improves (e.g., faster builds, smoother workflows, higher tool adoption).
  • Risks and dependencies are surfaced early and managed proactively.
  • Repeatable frameworks, cadences, and playbooks improve execution across teams.
  • Strong trust and partnership with EMs, PMs, and platform teams.
  • Seen as a leader who elevates how execution happens.

You Are:

  • Collaborative: You possess a collaborative spirit, thriving when working with both your immediate team and cross-functional partners.
  • Strategic thinker: You're a strategic thinker, adept at defining clear business needs and evaluating solutions to make informed build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: You navigate ambiguous situations with ease, gathering data and making progress even with incomplete information or unclear requirements.

If you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying. Studies show that you can still be considered for a role if you meet just 50% of the role’s requirements.
