To ensure continued success in our evolution, we’re looking for a hands-on, hospitality driven Senior Workplace Specialist who will lead the day-to-day operations of our Raleigh office while also providing operational support for Collibra’s global employee experience and onboarding programs.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for all things workplace in Raleigh, acting as a trusted resource for employees and visitors alike. You’ll play a key role in shaping the local culture, supporting company-wide programs, and delivering a seamless, welcoming workplace experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings both operational rigor and a strong service mindset. You’ll be part of our global People and Places team, reporting directly to the Senior Manager, Workplace and Real Estate with a dotted-line partnership to Employee Experience. This role is expected to work from our Raleigh office 5 days per week.
The standard rate for this position is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per hour. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Hourly rates are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
