We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to develop and lead the SEO strategy at JustMarkets, a global fintech company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sustainable organic growth across multiple regions, managing and mentoring a strong team, and ensuring SEO initiatives deliver measurable impact on business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the global SEO strategy to drive sustainable organic growth across regions
• Build, manage, and mentor the SEO team, ensuring high performance and continuous development
• Oversee all SEO areas — technical, content, and off-page — including audits, technical improvements, keyword strategy, content optimization, and backlink management
• Ensure scalability and consistency across multilingual and multiregional websites in collaboration with product, content, marketing, and development teams
• Establish a global reporting framework, tracking core SEO KPIs and delivering clear insights, forecasts, and business impact to management
• Identify opportunities in new markets, adapt strategies to regional search trends, and stay ahead of industry and algorithm updates to maintain competitiveness

Requirements

• 7+ years in SEO with proven international strategy success (MENA, APAC, LATAM, EU, Africa)
• Experience building and leading global SEO teams
• Strong knowledge of search algorithms (Google, plus Bing, Yandex, Baidu)
• End-to-end SEO expertise: technical audits, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, keyword research, content optimization, backlink management, authority growth
• Skilled in enterprise SEO tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, etc.)
• Practical experience with CMS (WordPress, custom platforms) and solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Strong analytical mindset: able to translate data into clear actions and reports
• Fluent English

Will be a plus

• Additional languages (Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) are a plus
• Experience in financial industries (preferably trading, Forex/CFDs, fintech)
