As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance and performance of vehicles by cleaning interior and exterior as needed, replenishing fluids and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Performs timely inspections ensuring all vehicles are locked and properly secured.
• Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.

 Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record
• Previous experience preferred
