As an Software Engineer II (Backend), you’ll build 0-to-1 features for our AI-powered chatbot, creating step-by-step experiences that help customers resolve issues directly in chat using OpenAI and Claude. You’ll own a key part of the customer journey; handling orders, ticket substitutions, and refunds, impacting millions of users worldwide.
