Solution Analyst AI

As a Solution Analyst, you take a deep dive into one of our industry solutions to take it to the next level. You rely on your strong analytical skills and sound industry knowledge to translate business and project requirements into functional requirements for the industry solution with respect for our implementation, testing, and documentation standards. You also validate new functionalities with all stakeholders.

You are responsible for:

• Discovering and evaluating high-impact AI opportunities and transforming business and project needs into clear functional requirements for industry solutions.

 

• Continuously improving our products and developing new functionalities by following OMP’s implementation standards including testing, documenting, and code reviews.
• Validating new functionalities with different stakeholders and providing expert knowledge during and after customer project implementations.

 

• Rapidly developing proof of concepts to demonstrate feasibility and evaluating the optimal solution (AI-driven or traditional approach) based on customer needs and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensuring responsible AI implementation by advising on safety protocols, data privacy standards, and techniques to reduce model bias and hallucinations.
• Developing user guidance and documentation for smooth adoption and integration of AI tools into existing workflows.
