Sportsbook Campaign Specialist

We are looking for a Sportsbook Campaign Specialist to manage the daily "heartbeat" of our digital platform. You will be the person responsible for making sure our active promotions, featured content, and community challenges are live, accurate, and compelling for our users. This role is a perfect blend of sports knowledge, creative marketing, and hands-on operations.

 

Role Requirements:

• The Experience: 1–2 years within the sportsbook industry or a fast-paced digital operations role.
• The Knowledge: You have a solid grasp of sportsbook activities
• The Skills:

**Comfortable working with digital dashboards and back-office software.

**Strong attention to detail.

**Basic Excel skills for tracking and reporting.

• The Mindset: You are a "fixer" who enjoys solving puzzles and can stay calm when things get busy during big sporting events.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution & Management: Oversee the end-to-end setup of daily promotions, limited-time offers, and engagement challenges within our CMS, ensuring all content is live, functional, and visually compelling.
• Strategic Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison for partners and internal teams (Content and Tech) to coordinate exclusive campaign links and troubleshoot technical issues during high-traffic periods.
• Market Insight & Performance Tracking: Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to keep our promotions fresh. Compile daily performance reports to analyze user engagement and optimize future campaigns.
• Content Scheduling: Maintain a comprehensive calendar of upcoming global events and product launches to ensure our platform is always aligned with what’s trending and "top of mind" for our community.
