We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sportsbook Platform Operations Coordinator to join our vibrant team and help us deliver top-quality experiences.
IMPORTANT: This position is office based. Standard working time: Monday - Friday, 9 PM - 6 PM
Role Requirements:
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Understanding of system logic and APIs (non-coding).
- Proficient technical English communication skills.
- Organized and calm when handling high-pressure tasks.
- Experience with Jira or similar task-tracking software.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Technical Issue Management: Lead the investigation and end-to-end management of technical bugs within the Sportsbook platform across all active and upcoming brands.
- System Configuration: Oversee the configuration and troubleshooting of Sport Bonuses, ensuring promotional tools are functioning correctly for both new and existing launches.
- Backlog Ownership: Maintain and prioritize the Sportsbook backlog, organizing tasks and provider requests to ensure all brand requirements are addressed efficiently.
- Critical Escalations: Monitor the platform for high-priority issues and manage the escalation process to ensure swift resolution of critical technical hurdles.
- Cross-Departmental Support: Act as the primary Sportsbook subject matter expert for the Platform Operations department, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support.
- Operational Readiness: Ensure all Sportsbook-related tasks and backlogs remain up-to-date and accurate on a case-by-case basis to support seamless brand performance.
