We continue to conquer new countries, and we're looking for talented people to join our expanding team!
🌙 This position is for our dedicated night shift (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM), 5 days a week on a hybrid basis, including 3–4 days a month working from the office.
🎯 Role in a Nutshell
We are building a next-generation sportsbook trading unit to support our new high-performance trading and risk operation across multiple global brands.
Our mission is to develop one of the most data-driven and efficient trading teams in the industry, combining human expertise with automation, AI-driven risk scoring, and real-time market monitoring.
As a Sportsbook Trader, you will manage pre-match and live markets, monitor liabilities, and execute our risk strategy across a wide range of sports. This role requires operating in a fast-paced environment and contributing directly to the long-term success of the company's function.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Market & Price Management
- Monitor and update activities across pre-match and live events
- React quickly to market movements and trading signals
- Ensure alignment with data providers
- Manage delays, acceptance logic, and market availability
Risk & Exposure Control
- Monitor liabilities, and sharp action
- Apply risk rules and limits according to internal guidelines
- Execute exposure control strategies during high-volume periods
Operational Excellence
- Work with trading tools, feeds, risk dashboards, and back-office systems
- Maintain cleanliness and accuracy of markets, selections, and event data
- Ensure correct settlement of events (manual or automated)
- Communicate issues with feeds, provider errors, and trading outages
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work closely with Risk, CRM, VIP Teams, and Payments/Fraud
- Align with Product team on improvements and new features
- Support the launch of new brands, new markets, and new sports
🧩 Requirements
Essential
- Experience in sportsbook trading, risk management
- Strong sports knowledge (football required; others an advantage)
- Ability to work 24/7 shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to make fast decisions under pressure
- Fluent English
Good to Have
- Experience with data feeds
- Understanding of sharp action, arbitrage detection, and bonus abuse
- Strong Excel/Sheets skills and interest in data-driven decision-making
- Interest in automation, AI, or advanced trading tools
