Sprinter Sales Manager - Commercial Vehicles

We are seeking a results-oriented individual to join the team as Sprinter Sales Manager. The Sprinter Sales Manager is responsible for building fleet and commercial vehicle retail relationships, presenting Sprinter vehicle solutions, and offering upfitting services. They also manage existing customers, grow the sales base, and ensure guest satisfaction. Strong customer service, sales process knowledge, and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Preserve and grow the current client base by continuously prospecting an developing new accounts.
• Recognize customer needs and create solutions to meet those needs.
• Assist guests with vehicle selection; promote model options, features, value-add products and services, and purchase/finance options.
• Facilitate delivery by providing clear explanations of features, operations, warranty and servicing requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record
• Previous experience in Commercial Vehicles and/or Fleet Sales strongly preferred
