Sr. Accounting Analyst

Finance team:

We are looking for our next Sr. Accounting Analyst who has strong knowledge of IFRS and Mexican GAAP (MX GAAP) accounting principles.

 

Challenges that await you:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports in compliance with international standards.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting deliverables.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and operations teams to improve reporting 
  quality and efficiency.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports, variance analysis, and ad hoc 
  financial analyses
• Maintenance of the control procedures

 

What makes you a great fit:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Mexican GAAP (MX GAAP) accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Professional proficiency in English (C1 level or higher) – written and spoken.
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and reporting automation.
• Familiarity with US GAAP.
• Experience with Bank or Fintech industries is a plus.
• Experience with financial reporting systems or ERP tools (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle,) is a
  plus
