We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Data Analyst focused on Remarketing. We are looking for someone who can partner with Lucid’s Remarketing team and harness data to generate insights and accelerate decision making. This role requires a blend of technical and business skills. You will have a unique opportunity to build from 0 to 1 and have broad exposure across many functions. The ideal candidate has a passion for transforming raw data into useful insights and will take pride in building a world-class data-driven remarketing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver sales and pricing analytics that support data‑driven decision making, including KPI development, large‑scale data analysis, and the creation of clear, actionable reports and dashboards for the Remarketing organization.
- Develop competitive pricing insights and price‑positioning analyses using market research and competitor benchmarking.
- Monitor sales and pricing performance, analyze trends in sales velocity and margins, and recommend adjustments based on performance and market dynamics.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to support pricing strategy, revenue planning, volume forecasting, and profitability analysis.
- Analyze and reconcile sales, revenue, and cost data, including variance and operating margin analysis, and clearly communicate key performance drivers.
- Translate complex analyses into concise insights and compelling visualizations for leaders and operating teams.
- Design, build, and maintain recurring dashboards and analytical tools that provide visibility into sales performance.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation, documentation, and adherence to data quality standards.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to leverage enterprise data sources, improve data models, and support scalable analytics solutions.
- Support pricing system processes, including price‑book setup and maintenance in ERP and related tools.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting, streamline analytics workflows, and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to ad‑hoc analyses and planning efforts such as month‑end reporting, long‑range business planning, and benchmarking.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Data Analytics roles.
- BS/MS in a quantitative discipline such as Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related business field.
- Expert in SQL with proven ability to query, manipulate, and analyze raw datasets.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC) and its use in capturing data across the customer journey.
- Familiar with data mining principles, including descriptive analytics, data mapping, and integration across on-premises and cloud-based sources.
- Advanced data visualization skills with experience creating intuitive, impactful dashboards. (eg. Tableau)
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Skilled in crafting clear, compelling narratives and slide decks to communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communicator and collaborator with the ability to convey complex ideas accessibly and effectively.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
- Experience in agile methodologies and project tracking tools like JIRA.
