We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sr. Technical Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our cybersecurity product offerings. This role requires strong technical depth, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making across Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Operations, and detection and response technologies.
You will work closely with engineering, research, AI, and SOC teams to define and deliver high-impact security capabilities. The ideal candidate understands modern cyber defense environments and is passionate about building scalable, intelligent, and secure platforms that drive measurable customer and business value.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap across IAM, MDR, ITDR, and detection and response domains.
- Lead the definition of our MDR tools and operational processes.
- Define and evolve our autonomous AI-based SOC capabilities.
- Own the vision and requirements for our ITDR tool.
- Define the end-to-end incident review and remediation lifecycle, including investigation, root cause analysis, and response workflows.
- Translate security, SOC, and AI concepts into clear product requirements and execution plans.
- Partner with engineering, AI, security research, and SOC teams to deliver scalable, high-quality capabilities.
- Use customer feedback, market insights, and operational metrics to prioritize features and measure success.
- Align product strategy with go-to-market, sales, and customer success teams to ensure strong product-market fit.
Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Deep understanding of:
- Identity and Access Management, authentication flows, privilege management, and identity threat detection.
- Security Operations, including detection engineering, alert triage, and incident response.
- Security platforms such as SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and EDR.
• Strong knowledge of cyber investigation workflows, including incident analysis, threat hunting, root cause analysis, and remediation processes.
• Background in software development, cybersecurity research, AI/ML-driven products, or hands-on technical security roles.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical security concepts into clear product strategy, requirements, and user experiences.
