Title: Sr. Specialist, Production Planning

Location: Queen Creek, Arizona

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing capacity, resources, and inventory levels.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and purchasing teams to align demand forecasts with production requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials.
Monitor production progress, inventory accuracy, and yield performance, making schedule adjustments as needed to meet targets and resolve issues.
Perform and oversee regular inventory counts, investigate and resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate, timely inventory reporting.
Track and analyze production and inventory KPIs, providing data-driven reports and insights to management.
Communicate production schedules, performance metrics, and issues effectively with internal teams and global counterparts.
Mentor and train production or inventory analysts to strengthen team capability and performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field or equivalent, relevant experience
Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support resolution of abnormalities impacting production schedules

Experience

7+ years of related experience
Manufacturing experience preferred

Skills:

Verbal and written communication skills
Skilled in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
