About the Role
This is a fast-paced, people-facing role where no two days look the same. You’ll be the go-to person helping coordinate care between clients, caregivers, and internal teams. If you enjoy talking to people, solving problems on the fly, and staying organized in a high-volume environment, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and handle real-time call-outs and urgent coverage needs
- Communicate daily with clients, caregivers, and referral sources
- Build strong relationships and deliver a high level of customer service and support
- Partner closely with the Clinical Manager to support field staff
- Help ensure services are running smoothly and issues are resolved quickly
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, staffing, scheduling, or coordination (healthcare a plus, not required)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with different personalities
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
- Someone who brings energy, urgency, and a team-first attitude
