About the Role
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the financial strategy of a leading fintech player in the region. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Finance, you will play a vital role in driving capital allocation, growth planning and investor engagement. Your contributions will directly influence strategic decision-making across new products, partnership and markets, ensuring the company’s growth remains disciplined, data-driven, and value-accretive.
What You Will Do
- Financial Modelling & Analysis: Build and maintain robust financial models and forecasts to evaluate strategic initiatives, new products and long-term growth opportunities
- Strategic & Board Reporting: Lead preparation of board and management reports, distilling complex analyses into clear narratives on performance, growth drivers and financial levers
- Business Partnering: Work closely with product and commercial leadership to challenge assumptions, validate forecasts and shape data-driven strategic decisions
- Fundraising & Investor Engagement: Support capital-raising activities through scenario analysis, due diligence preparation, and investor materials
- Investor Relations: Manage investor communications, ensuring timely updates, accurate Q&A tracking, and consistent messaging across stakeholders.
- Process & Systems Enhancement: Partner with accounting, commercial and data teams to improve metric integrity, product-level profitability tracking and scalability of financial reporting systems
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field from a recognized institution
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, or corporate FP&A in a high growth environment
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence decisions through insights and storytelling
- Strong analytical rigor, attention to details and intellectual curiosity
- Bias for action — takes ownership, anticipates needs, and drives initiatives independently
- Experience in fintech, payments or high-growth tech environment is a plus
