Job Summary:
We are looking for a commercially sharp and internationally experienced Strategic Marketing Planning Manager to join our Central Marketing Planning & Operations team.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role sitting at the intersection of Central Growth, Local Marketing teams, and Creative Department. You will ensure that global and local campaigns are strategically aligned, performance-oriented, and executed against clear priorities and timelines.
While Growth owns performance and brand strategy, your role is to orchestrate alignment, bring structure to planning, challenge assumptions, and ensure campaigns are measurable and execution-ready before they go live.
You will also play a key role in shaping campaign direction by ensuring strong strategic rationale — not just executional alignment.
You will act as a strategic partner and connector — elevating clarity, focus, and accountability across markets.
