Job Location:
This role is 100% onsite and can be based in Springfield, VA; Arnold, MO; or St. Louis, MO.

Job Description:
In this position as a Senior Federal Financial Expert, you will provide mission-critical support within a large, enterprise-level federal program environment. This role supports complex and evolving mission requirements across multiple functional disciplines. In this position, you will also:
- Provide support across one or more of the following domains: Total Lifecycle Acquisition Support, Business Operations and Program Support, and Financial and Budget Management Analysis
- Contribute to acquisition planning and execution activities, including market research, cost estimation, and development of acquisition documentation (e.g., SOWs, PWS, acquisition plans)
- Support program and project management efforts, including risk management, requirements management, and performance tracking (e.g., Earned Value Management)
- Assist in source selections, milestone reviews, and task order or change proposal development
- Provide business operations support, including process improvement, organizational change management, workforce planning, and communications
- Deliver financial and budgetary support, including audit readiness, budget formulation and execution, cost analysis, and financial system support
- Support data management, reporting, and continuous process improvement initiatives across the enterprise
- Ensure compliance with security and information assurance requirements in classified environments (SCIFs)
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency, agility, and mission effectiveness
- Adapt to evolving mission needs and provide flexible, high-quality support across functional areas
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience supporting federal, DoD, or Intelligence Community programs in acquisition, business operations, or financial management.
- Experience supporting one or more of the following functional areas:
- Total Lifecycle Acquisition Support (e.g., acquisition planning, source selection, cost estimation, program management support).
- Business Operations and Program Support (e.g., business process analysis, organizational change management, workforce planning).
- Financial and Budget Management Analysis (e.g., budgeting, audit support, cost estimation, financial systems support).
Desired Skills:
- Experience working in classified environments and adhering to security protocols.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving mission environment and support multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting Intelligence Community or other federal national security customers.
- Experience with financial systems, data analysis, and process automation.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM), or similar certifications are desired, but not required.
