The Compliance Intern position is a part of our Roblox 12-week summer internship program located in San Mateo, CA. As a Strategic Accounts, Compliance Intern, you will work alongside the Compliance Pod under Strategic Accounts team, Developer Relations, and be at the front lines of a major platform-wide safety product rollout, supporting top creators as they navigate new safety policies and tools. Our mission is to ensure that while we make the platform safer, our creators feel heard, supported, and informed.
You Will:
- Support developer outreach and content management
- Support content calendar, communications, coordination, and scheduling with creators.
- Act as a primary point of contact for creator inquiries, ensuring timely and empathetic responses.
- Collaborate cross-functionally working closely with Trust & Safety, Moderation Operation teams, Policy, Legal, and Marketing.
- Collect feedback from creators, identifying recurring "pain points" and trends to share with internal stakeholders.
- Help triage and track high-priority compliance escalations, ensuring they are routed to the right internal stakeholders for quick resolution.
You Are:
- Pursuing an undergraduate/graduate degree, preferably in Communications, Public Policy, Game Design, Computer Science or related focus.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and strong verbal/written communication skills.
- Passionate about Roblox and our developer communities, and excited to build and foster relationships and networks.
- Prior experience in community management or project management is a plus

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual hourly rate could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Please note that not all benefits shown on this page are applicable to internship opportunities.
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
