… een flexibele, enthousiaste Full Time Supervisor voor onze JD Sports winkel in Zwolle. Als supervisor ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor het verloop van de gebeurtenissen op de winkelvloer. Het behalen van een optimaal omzetresultaat conform de gestelde doelen en richtlijnen is jouw focus. Je coacht en motiveert je team op het gebied van klant- en servicegerichtheid. Daarnaast ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor een goede en correcte winkelpresentatie conform de richtlijnen. Je richt je ook op het trainen, motiveren en informeren van je team, zodat zij zich optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen.
Jouw profiel
- Je bent 38 uur per week beschikbaar
- Je deelt onze passie voor sneakers en mode
- Je bent extravert, zelfverzekerd en een teamspeler
- Je bent gedreven om verkoopdoelen te behalen en kunt goed presteren in een dynamische omgeving
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen de retail, management ervaring is een pre
- Je bent ambitieus en wilt verder groeien
