The role
Nebius is looking for a Supply Chain Security Coordinator to support the security of high-value assets across our global supply chain operations. This role sits within the Supply Chain department and plays a critical part in coordinating security activities across internal teams and external partners worldwide.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate supply chain security operations across international stakeholders, including logistics providers, vendors, and internal teams
- Act as a central operational control point of contact for security-related matters across global supply chain activities
- Track task progress across multiple stakeholders and ensure timely completion
- Identify operational gaps, delays, or risks and proactively drive resolution
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment between internal and external functions
- Support secure movement of high-value goods across regions
- Escalate and manage security incidents in coordination with relevant teams
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain security processes and protocols
- Maintain clear and professional communication across multiple time zones
We expect you to have:
- High level of English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading) is required; native-level English is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across diverse, international teams
- Confident and assertive personality with the ability to take ownership and drive actions
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to break down complex processes into structured tasks
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workflows and stakeholders
- High level of ownership with an execution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment
- High availability and responsiveness
It will be an added bonus if you have:
- Previous experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC), command center, or similar operational environment
- Background in supply chain, logistics, or security coordination roles
- Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment
Working Conditions
- Work across global time zones (Europe & US), including non-standard hours when required
- High-paced, operational environment requiring constant situational awareness
- Role requires availability and responsiveness outside standard working hours when needed
