CRM Core team is responsible for development and improvement of our CRM and its main functionality. Our CRM is a platform that powers agent workspaces by assigning call and chat tasks. The platform is utilized by agents across Customer Service, Telesales, Collections, Anti-Fraud, and other business units.
We operate at a massive scale, processing millions of tasks every single day. We are looking for a System Analyst who thrives on complexity, loves structured data, and wants to build the architecture that keeps our operations running flawlessly.
Challenges that await you:
- Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, and lead initiatives to implement these enhancements
- Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, and provide regular reports on system performance and improvements
- System Analysis & Optimization: Analyze, optimize, and maintain the CRM system to ensure they are operating at peak efficiency and reliability
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to card authorization processes
What makes you a great fit:
- x5+ years of experience as System Analyst
- Experience with designing API, architecture, data model and business processes
- UML/BPMN experienced
- Ability to analyze business needs and create clear specification for developers
- Strong proficiency in both relational and NoSQL databases to design scalable data models for high-load environments
- Hands-on experience with message brokers such as Kafka
- REST/gRPC models knowledge
- Experience designing complex scalable services with high load and high availability
- Proficiency in data analysis and SQL
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
Your bonus skills:
- Experience in designing REST and gRPC models, as well as proficiency in crafting API architecture, data models, and business processes
- Experience with Git
- Practical experience with Go services and gRPC integrations
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
