Systematic Commodities Portfolio Manager

DRW is looking to bring on a Systematic Commodities PM to join our Singapore team. We are looking for an individual that has experience developing, testing, and executing algorithmic trading strategies across either a single or cross commodity approach. Ideal candidate will be highly systematic in approach and have mid frequency strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Designing, testing and deploying systematic strategies across the Commodity complex
• Act as subject matter expert for Systematic Commodities in improving DRW’s offering of this product and approach
• Understand and manage risk across live strategies
• Conduct rigorous research, backtesting and performance attribution analysis
• Collaborating with technology teams to improve trading infrastructure, algorithms and execution
• Developing a small team to support your strategies to be as optimal and profitable as possible
• Identifying new markets in which to deploy strategies

Key skills:

• A bachelors, masters or PhD in mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science or related analytical field
• 5+ years of profitable trading experience in a Systematic Commodities environment
• Demonstrable experience in successfully building and managing trades
• Broad experience trading in Asia
• Advances quantitative and analytical skills
• Programming experience – Python, R, C++
• Self-starter with strong proactivity, willingness to drive and own projects and identifies opportunity for impact
