About the role
We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to help us find brilliant people who'll thrive at Fourthline. You'll partner with our Lead Talent Partner to run end-to-end recruitment across different teams—from kicking off searches with hiring managers to making offers that get accepted. Your mission? Show candidates how Fourthline can be the place where their career ambitions come to life.
What you'll do
You'll own the candidate experience from first contact to first day, making sure every interaction reflects the quality and care we're known for. Working closely with hiring managers and interview panels, you'll identify talent that fits both the role and our culture.
Your responsibilities:
- Run full-cycle recruitment across multiple roles and departments
- Conduct critical searches, source strategically, and map talent pools
- Create a candidate experience that's engaging, transparent, and memorable—regardless of the outcome
- Define, implement, and uphold best practices that help us scale
- Partner with hiring managers in Amsterdam and Barcelona to build diverse pipelines through online marketing and events
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with Fourthline's standards
- Collaborate with our marketing team to strengthen our employer brand and reach the right people in the right places
Your background
- 3+ years of international recruiting experience in fast-growing companies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence at all levels
- Data-driven approach—comfortable using metrics to monitor performance, track trends, and meet targets
- Ability to translate data into meaningful insights we can act on
- Background in recruitment for technology/SaaS companies, with understanding of talent attraction challenges in competitive markets
- Excellent stakeholder management skills that help you connect and collaborate with confidence
Nice to haves
- Recruitment marketing or employer branding experience
- You're plugged into recruitment trends, tools, and tech—and love sharing what you learn
- You've used Greenhouse ATS before
- You speak Spanish
