We’re looking for an experienced, proactive, and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and deliver top talent to our clients. This is a Sourcing, Recruiting, and Client-Facing role, ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing who enjoys proactive sourcing, persuasive outreach, and consultative conversations. You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and engaging candidates to managing pipelines and partnering with internal stakeholders and clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable using outbound sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other platforms, and brings a confident, relationship-focused communication style. Previous experience in sales-style outreach is a plus, but this is a talent-first role.
