What You’ll Own

• Proactively source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and outreach platforms.

• Launch personalized outbound messaging campaigns that generate real responses.

• Conduct high-quality screening calls that assess both skills and motivation.

• Build and manage strong talent pipelines across multiple roles.

• Partner with senior recruiters and clients to understand hiring needs and market dynamics.

• Use AI tools and automation to improve sourcing speed and outreach performance.

• Track activity, measure results, and continuously optimize your approach.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, business development, or outbound prospecting.

• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Confidence in cold outreach and consultative conversations.

• Comfort using LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and ATS systems.

• High ownership mindset — you don’t wait to be told what to do.

• Organized, fast-moving, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.

• Based in Latin America with availability overlapping U.S. time zones.
