West Monroe · Costa Rica

onsitefull-timesenior level

About this role

Are you ready to make an impact?

West Monroe is seeking a Specialist in Talent & Leadership Development, a learning operations and delivery enablement role based in Costa Rica responsible for enabling large, cohort-based AI Academy programs through operational excellence, foundational content curation, and execution readiness.

This Specialist partners closely with the TLD Senior Manager and local office teams to deliver seamless learner experiences from enrollment through post-program reporting. The role owns repeatable operational processes including registration and enrollment, materials management and version control, LMS administration, virtual event production, vendor and faculty coordination, and post-event reporting.

While this role does not directly provide on-site execution, it serves as the central coordination lead—preparing run-of-show materials, enabling facilitator handoffs, and ensuring local office teams are equipped for successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Learner & Program Operations

  • Manage registrations, waitlists, calendars, attendance tracking, and participant communications.
  • Administer LMS functions (create events, enroll participants, upload content, record completions).
  • Deliver post-event outputs including attendance reports, completion lists, and standard evaluation summaries.

Delivery Enablement & Coordination

  • Serve as the central coordination point between AI Academy, facilitators, vendors, and local execution partners.
  • Partner with local office operations teams to prepare and enable on-site execution.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person program logistics (AV specifications, run-of-show development, instructor confirmations).
  • Serve as the Level 1 point of contact for operational questions, troubleshooting, and real-time issue resolution.
  • Make day-of delivery decisions within established playbooks and escalate non-standard issues appropriately.

Content Curation & Learner Experience

  • Curate and organize learning resources (job aids, tools, case examples) to support program objectives and participant application.
  • Support refinement and version control of program materials in partnership with TLD and facilitators.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance learner experience based on feedback and participation data.

Operational Standards & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop, document, and continuously improve foundational playbooks, checklists, and delivery standards for AI Academy programs.

Required Education and Work Experience

  • 3 years of experience
  • Bachelors degreed desired
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or designing AI, data, or emerging technology learning programs (formal or informal)
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools in day-to-day work, serving as a role model for effective, responsible, and value-driven AI adoption.
  • Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment preferred
  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles and experience supporting or enabling learning program delivery.
  • Experience creating diverse learning resources such as job aids, facilitator guides, participant materials, and digital content
  • Proven project management experience, including risk identification and mitigation
  • Experience supporting live and virtual learning delivery environments preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards
