Our Talent Acquisition team is the engine behind every great hire at GetYourGuide. The Talent Operations Team is the operational engine and knowledge center that empowers our TA organization to deliver world-class hiring experiences through scalable processes, actionable insights, and continuous enablement.

Your mission

• Manage the candidate journey through various touch points, supporting candidates through their entire process by scheduling interviews, organizing travel, and sharing resources and preparation materials
• Support hiring teams through their hiring journey with resources and enablement, managing recruiting process workflows and assisting with job descriptions
• Configure the ATS for recruiting processes to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
• Drive data-informed decision-making through robust analytics and reporting
• Ensure consistent, compliant, and exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences
• Accelerate continuous improvement through process optimization, ongoing enablement, and driving innovation

Your toolkit

• Coordination & scheduling experience managing complex calendars, events, or logistics across multiple stakeholders
• Process improvement mindset with ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
• Technical proficiency with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, scheduling platforms, etc. Quick to learn new systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience supporting teams or customers
