Opportunity

As Talent Search Analyst, Multi-Level Hiring at Brunswick Group, you will play a critical role in attracting and securing talent for our growing Americas region. This is a high-impact, strategically critical role for the firm, collaborating closely with our broader recruitment, people, and operations teams to stay on the front foot of vetting talent, building thoughtful engagement and long-term relationships. In this role, you will provide strategic insights and market mapping, partnering with Recruiting Managers and hiring leaders to fill key strategic hiring priorities across sectors and practices in the U.S. This role will ideally be based in either New York or Chicago.

About the Role 

  • Conduct ongoing research to build talent pipelines across levels and U.S. offices, aligned to priority sectors, practices, and skills as set by hiring leaders.
  • Join hiring intake discussions with Recruiting Managers and hiring leaders; develop appropriate sourcing strategy, search terms, and target companies.
  • Assist in drafting and conducting initial candidate outreach to help prospective candidates understand the opportunity.
  • Coordinate regular touchpoints and prepare meeting agendas for Recruiting and hiring leaders to review research and refine candidate pipelines.
  • Refine sourcing and search strategy based on Recruiting Managers’ feedback; use “benchmark” profiles to optimize research results.
  • Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with Recruiting Managers as appropriate with efficiency and careful consideration of the appropriate briefing information.
  • Maintain meticulous records of candidate research, interactions and feedback within ATS; handle record-keeping with a strong focus on maintaining confidentiality
  • Build internal trust via frequent communication, detailed progress updates and transparency.
  • Demonstrate quality and attention to detail, pace, accuracy and flexibility to move seamlessly between multiple searches and client groups.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with talent research and sourcing strategy, preferably within a fast-paced recruiting firm
  • Functional expertise in recruiting candidates for financial and/or crisis communications, corporate affairs, public relations or strategic management consulting
  • Proven success in juggling proactive research for multiple requisitions and clients in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail, exceptional project and time management, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Accustomed to working with senior executives and presenting with poise and professionalism
  • Preference for experience using the Greenhouse ATS, Microsoft Office

The successful applicant will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits package: 

Base Pay: The annual base compensation range for this role is $90,000-$120,000. The base pay offered will be determined by factors including experience, skills, training, office location, certifications, and education.

Bonus Eligibility: Annual discretionary bonus contingent upon individual and firm-wide performance.
