About this role
We’re looking for a Tech Lead (Go stack) to join our Origination Delivery team.
Origination Delivery is responsible for delivering anything that needs to be delivered physically to the address and on time. At the moment we are talking about two delivery methods: courier and mail (FedEx). The team has its own Android app for couriers, its own staff of couriers to work "in the field" and the algorithms themselves for working with routes and scheduling deliveries.
As a Tech Lead, you’ll be responsible for guiding the evolution of our backend architecture, improving system reliability, and helping the team scale our platform across multiple countries.

Challenges that await you:
- Leading the backend architecture evolution across services Improving system stability, scalability, and observability (logs, metrics, alerts)
- Separating platform-level components from country-specific logic
- Supporting engineers through code reviews and technical standards
- Working closely with product and engineering teams to deliver under real business deadlines
What makes you a great fit:
- 6+ years of commercial backend development experience
- Strong experience working with production systems in active development
- Experience improving architecture of existing services
- Experience refactoring systems without stopping ongoing development
- Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions under business deadlines
- Strong ownership of code quality and system reliability
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
Nice to have:
Experience participating in:
- Scaling products
- Launching products in new markets / regions / countries
- Multi-tenant or platform architectures
