Tech Research Operations Specialist

Information about the position 

We're seeking a Technical Research Operations Specialist to join the Research team and transform how we conduct quantitative research. You'll turn manual survey processes into streamlined workflows, integrate platforms, and implement solutions that help our team deliver faster, higher-quality research.

In this position, you’ll 

Automation & Platform Integration

• Design automated workflows for surveys, including data processing, analysis, visualisation.
• Integrate research tools with other company systems.
• Implement in-product feedback triggered by user actions.

Research Quality Assurance

• Develop quality assurance frameworks for research data integrity, fraud detection, and statistical robustness.
• Design solutions for inclusive and engaging research.

Research Process Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks in research process, tooling and implement technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Science specialists to optimize user segmentation and research segments extraction.

Research Knowledge Management

• • Build and maintain a research knowledge basis, like question banks, script templates.
  • Develop solutions for the effective discovery and use of research insights.
  • Provide training, consultation to researchers on tooling and processes.

About you 

• Relevant experience in one of the following:
• Quantitative Research, Research Data Processing and Analytics
• Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Data Science
• HR or Customer Support Operations, Analytics, Management
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Familiarity with survey platforms like Dynata, Qualtrics, Alchemy or similar
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar
• Understanding API integrations
• Knowledge of quantitative research best practices like methodologies, sampling techniques and quality principles.
• Strong project management abilities with experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives
• Have a hands-on, can-do mindset and affinity with Vinted values
• A team player, while also being able to work autonomously
• Comfortable with ever-changing environment
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

The salary range for this position is €2,583 - €3,500 gross per month.
