Technical Account Manager

❗️Please note that this role is office based for Sofia, Bulgaria (51, Blv. „Cherni Vrah“, Office „X“).

❗️If you need to be relocated, we take care of the process.

 

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️Keep records of all updates on the provider’s side;

✔️Resolving any cases arise while launching a provider to our company;

✔️Have developed deep communication ties with providers;

✔️Be fast and polite during communications with providers;

✔️Daily routine/current tasks from supplier or PMs;

✔️Connecting providers on our brands;

✔️Whitelist IP and Callback URLs interchange;

✔️Working with credentials from the providers;

✔️Adding credentials on all brands;

✔️Meeting the deadlines from the company and providers.

 

✅ Requirements:

✔️English at least intermediate level;

✔️Attention to details;

✔️Experience in IT company on position that requires communication with partners or clients;

✔️Teamwork skills.

 

✅ Nice to have:

✔️Knowledge of integration processes.
