Groupon is excited to announce that we are on the lookout for a Technical Product Manager (Integrations & AI) to help us enhance our revenue tech stack as we integrate Bloomreach Engagement!
This isn’t just a role focused on the backlog. We’re seeking a hands-on technical leader who can design integrations, navigate complex data flows, and spearhead AI-driven 1:1 personalization at scale. You will be the vital link between business strategy and engineering execution, diving deep into APIs, data schemas, automation logic, and Jinja templating.
What You’ll Do

Take ownership of the technical roadmap for Bloomreach (Exponea)

Architect integrations across CRMs, internal systems, and third-party APIs

Design innovative AI-driven personalization strategies (predictive models, LLMs, automation)

Lead the development of Jinja-based dynamic content and webhook logic

Translate business needs into clear and actionable technical specifications

Debug, optimize, and modernize revenue automation workflows
What You Bring
- 5+ years in Technical PM, Product Engineering, or Solution Architecture

Deep hands-on expertise in Bloomreach (data structure, tracking, orchestration)

Strong proficiency in Jinja

Experience in implementing AI/ML within product or marketing ecosystems

Solid knowledge of APIs & integrations (REST/JSON, webhooks, SDKs, modern data stacks)

A builder mindset paired with excellent cross-functional communication skills
