Technical Product Manager [Conversational AI / TeleSales]

About this role
We are looking for an AI Technical Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of AI solutions in TeleSales.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling conversational AI products (voice bots) that engage with cold audiences, qualify leads, and complete applications at a level comparable to human agents.
This is a cross-functional role at the intersection of product, data, and AI, with a direct impact on revenue growth and business efficiency.
Challenges that await you:
- Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products in TeleSales
- Designing and launching conversational AI bots for cold outreach and lead qualification
- Developing and optimizing dialogue flows and user journeys
- Defining and tracking key funnel metrics (conversion rate, lead quality, cost per lead)
- Running experiments and A/B tests to continuously improve performance
- Collaborating with engineering, data, and sales teams to deliver product improvements
- Evaluating and implementing new AI tools, models, and solutions
- Translating business needs into clear technical requirements and specifications
- Supporting and coordinating integrations (vendors, telephony systems, internal platforms)
- Working directly with data: writing basic SQL queries, data extraction, and building simple dashboards
What makes you a great fit:
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- 2+ years of experience working with AI-driven products
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in metrics, experimentation, and hypothesis testing
- Solid understanding of AI/ML fundamentals and their practical application in products
- Understanding of sales funnels and/or experience in telesales
- Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Your bonus skills:
- Experience with conversational AI products (voice or chat bots)
- Experience working with growth funnels, acquisition, or performance marketing
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, speech-to-text / text-to-speech systems
- Background in fintech or high-scale B2C products
- Experience running AI experiments in production environments
