What will you do?

We are seeking an experienced R&D Product Lead with extensive experience in R&D activities to oversee our project and collaborate with our partners. As an R&D Product Lead, you will lead the team of engineers involved in the project, including system engineering and production. You will take a proactive role in defining technical strategies and will be deeply involved in major architectural and strategic decisions regarding the growth and evolution of our teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all R&D aspects of the project from the initial stage to delivery.
  • Overseeing the product development process.
  • Defining system architecture.
  • Participating in managing the R&D's Gantt chart and budget.
  • Assisting in implementing our vision of quality, agility, trust, and timely delivery.
  • Collaborating with R&D and production teams, as well as supply chain teams. Additionally, working with subsidiary companies abroad in the US, Germany, Sweden, etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a technical project manager/leader in a multidisciplinary company, particularly in electronics.
  • Experience with various complex system designs.
  • Proficiency in leading system integration.
  • Understanding of technical system requirements.
  • Experience in managing project schedules.
  • Proficiency in English at a very high level.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry (an advantage).
  • Background in the automotive industry or vehicle charging systems (a significant advantage).
