The Role:
- Design scalable and robust architecture solutions.
- Develop detailed technical specifications and architecture diagrams.
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or enhancements.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture standards and comply with security and regulatory requirements.
- Lead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for technical issues.
- Manage group or project team to achieve the defined objectives
- Communicate with customers / vendors / other contractor on requirements, schedule, technical solution, etc.
What you’ll bring
Technical Skills:
+ Strong experience in designing and building large-scale, distributed systems.
+ Strong hands-on experience in C# / .NET development (WPF or similar desktop framework)
+ Solid understanding of:
- OOP, design patterns
- System architecture (monolithic, microservices, service-oriented)
- Database design (SQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, Cosmos)
- API design (REST, event-driven)
- Experience analyzing and troubleshooting complex issues in production environments.
Architecture Skills:
+ Ability to create clear architectural documents and diagrams.
+ Knowledge of:
- Scalability patterns
- Performance optimization
- Security principles
- Caching strategies
- Integration patterns
+ Familiar with cloud-native design
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to lead technical decisions and influence multiple teams.
- Ability to balance technical idealism with practical delivery constraints.
